4th Grade

School started on monday. Mobey is in the 4th grade now. She has absolutely loved the first few days of school and loves her teacher. It is such a good feeling as a mother to know your child is happy at school.

Retro's birthday is the end of July. After months of anxiety and stress we decided to keep him home and start kindergarten next year.

So now that we have all come to terms with the fact that summer is saying goodbye, and we have gotten started on a little routine, all seems right in our little world.
At least for this week....

Yard Sales

One of my favorite things to do is to get up early saturday morning and shop yard sales.(Without kids.) It's gives me some sort of natural crazy high to see what my next good find will be.

So here they are! The shoes are leather OshKosh for Retro. Perfect fit, barely worn. (He's totally wearing them to church tomorrow), Some knitting books on felting and sock knitting, and not pictured is a cool old bike I picked up for $1. It needs some love but well worth the money spent.
