snow in may

This is a picture of me and my niece hiking and this is what it looked like at the top of the mountain last week.
We started out in the rain and as we climbed higher, it turned into snow. And we really weren't prepared physically for the weather, we were frozen and soaked by the time we got back to the bottom. But it really was such a good time. There is something to say about being on the trails whatever the weather. It really clears my mind.
