        This is for you, Mrs. Jewels Petersen.  I haven't blogged for over 10 months now. I've been thinking about blogging again, but that is all I've done, think about it.  Well, I have been requested by a good friend, (whom I miss) to start blogging again.  So here it is........ the first blog post in ten months and hopefully it won't take me that long to post again.
        This book I got for Christmas has gotten much use. I am really in love with all the patterns.  These fingerless mitts are the 3rd project I have made from the book. So beautiful, and have really challenged my knitting skills. I'm almost done with one, and hopefully the second one will knit up quicker, now that I know what I'm doing. Maybe I will finish in time to store them away for next fall. haha

WELCOME BACK! Thank you for updating your blog, I can't wait to read and see more of what you and your family are doing.
Those are going to be absolutely beautiful. It's awesome that we received the same knitting book for Christmas. I still haven't made anything from it yet, making baby stuff is still at the top of my list. If you haven't put your christmas stockings away yet I would love to see how they all turned out. And yes every time I drive by that street sign it brings happy thoughts.

AMY!!! I can't speak for Julie, but I TOTALLY rely on everyone's blogs to keep me sane down here. Your mitts are beautiful. Just think what you have to look forward to in the fall...Thanks for posting!
