10 things I'm lovin about the weekend

1-How much Ella loves her daddy. She's making it hard for him to work.

2-General Conference for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

3-First time ever canning salsa using tomatoes from the garden and it turning out awesome. (it was my brother nayts idea to add corn and black beans. But he's going to have to come visit if he wants some.)

4-Early morning Ableskeevers/Aebleskivers breakfast with good friends before conference.

5- rainy weather perfect for knitting and watching conference.

6-Our lovely garage......

going DOWN!!!!!

7-One sock down, one to go.

8-A halloween only yard sale right next door.

9-Random phone calls from my favorite brother Nayt

10-Last but not least: Berk

Salsa WAY TO GOOO girl that is awesome. Ebelskivers We make them all the time at my house LOVE THEM!!(they are a quick easy dinner too) What do you put in the middle? We are big apple fans, that's all we put in them. But dipping is, powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar mixed. Brian likes peanut butter and syrup. So whats the story on the garage? Building a new one?

Sounds like a way cool weekend! You guys really do some fun stuff. I can't believe Berk knocked the garage down...are you building a new one?

ps. I love that you can knit...I tried to learn and then I just got frustrated cause I sucked and gave up.

I am very happy you stated my name was involved with the salsa.

We love ebelskivers for dinner also. I have actually never put anything inside. We always put vanilly yogurt on top and then rasberries with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on top. I'll have to try your ideas.
yes we are building a new garage eventually. The old garage was so old and unsafe that it was time for it to come down before another winter hit.

Can you open up a Salsa Stand and sell some of that yummy salsa (even extra yummy with the corn and beans!)? I just love your blog Amy and I can share in your joy when you can check something of the house remodel "to-do" list.
Love you-
