5- rainy weather perfect for knitting and watching conference.

Salsa WAY TO GOOO girl that is awesome. Ebelskivers We make them all the time at my house LOVE THEM!!(they are a quick easy dinner too) What do you put in the middle? We are big apple fans, that's all we put in them. But dipping is, powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar mixed. Brian likes peanut butter and syrup. So whats the story on the garage? Building a new one?

Sounds like a way cool weekend! You guys really do some fun stuff. I can't believe Berk knocked the garage down...are you building a new one?

ps. I love that you can knit...I tried to learn and then I just got frustrated cause I sucked and gave up.

I am very happy you stated my name was involved with the salsa.

We love ebelskivers for dinner also. I have actually never put anything inside. We always put vanilly yogurt on top and then rasberries with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on top. I'll have to try your ideas.
yes we are building a new garage eventually. The old garage was so old and unsafe that it was time for it to come down before another winter hit.

Can you open up a Salsa Stand and sell some of that yummy salsa (even extra yummy with the corn and beans!)? I just love your blog Amy and I can share in your joy when you can check something of the house remodel "to-do" list.
Love you-
Meg
